The biggest issue with finding a realtor is finding one that you can trust. Laurie Pratt is that person. My wife and I were looking to venture into Western North Carolina and had very limited information about the area, market, and regional home ownership specifics. Laurie and her husband Craig were so knowledgeable and the communication timeline was in most cases minutes. I have never had a realtor go to a house on our behalf and ensure everything that was outlined in the listing was represented accurately.
